Areas of Experise Having learnt to let go of his own tinnitus, after 16 years of moderate symptoms and a couple of years of severe tinnitus, Julian has studied the mechanisms that lead to developing noises in the ear/head and has specialised in helping people let go of their own tinnitus. Most people, who pursue a course of treatment, make excellent progress. Julian can provide you with coping strategies when it gets bad, and can offer a course of treatment that gradually helps symptoms subside. Stress-related symptoms form the bulk of Julian's everyday practice. Julian helps ease digestive and sleep disorders, mental disturbance, nervousness, behavioural problems, chronic tiredness, sexual dysfunction etc. Craniosacral therapy is excellent at switching off the stress response in the body. Julian has spent considerable time studying and working with shock and trauma. He helps people come through physical, mental and emotional trauma which needs a lot of specific care and attention. Whether it is receiving bad news that you are unable to come to terms with, or being forced to accept challenging surgery, or witnessing some disturbing violence or abuse, if you are finding it difficult to let go of an experience, and if you experience flashbacks, nightmares, and panic attacks, Julian will help things feel more manageable again, and re-establish a sense of calm and resolve. Julian has worked with sexual issues including infertility, sexuality, gay/lesbian issues, low libido, impotence, sexual addiction, and sexual abuse. He works in a completely free and non-judgmental way, giving you space to be yourself. He helps establish a safe and caring environment where you are able to process and release patterns of ill-health and worry. As part of his own process Julian has learn a lot about the five senses, and has had excellent results helping improve visual disturbances and hearing difficulties. Please note Although this approach does not use hands-on contact, body and energetic awareness is still very central to the work.
